The technician was very knowledgeable, thorough, and neat. He also was very quick and efficient. For being a customer for 20yrs. I thought the $89 diagnostic charge was a bit high, and the $161 for less than an hours work was high in my opinion.

Ron B. was an excellent representative for Accu-Temp. He was careful to wear protective booties and kindly suggested upgrades to my furnace filters giving me credit for my old unused filter.

I love how they were timely, efficient and honest as to what I really needed. They handle the rebates, inspections and scheduling so it's hassle free. I've been using them for years, and am very pleased. Had a new furnace installed today, and boy I can really feel the even air flow throughout the house, what a difference. On time, very thorough

The furnace technician was right on time, efficient and polite. I especially liked that he was careful to wear shoe covering when walking through the house.

I contacted Accu-Temp for a furnace tune up. I am new to the area and chose them because they are listed on Consumer's Energy website and was listed as a resource to complete an accurate tune-up and a vendor that will turn in the paperwork for a rebate on the tune-up.

Eric was very informative. He made sure everything was operating properly before he left.

The installation team of Tim and Andy arrived on time both days of the scheduled installation. They were friendly and knowledgeable about their product and the industry. They did a great job installing the furnace and air conditioning unit. They even corrected other problems with work that had been previously completed by other installers in the home. They left the house clean.
