We have tried other service providers in the area. Accutemp has sent very qualified, knowledgable technicians to our home every time. They are priced competitively, but their honesty in service is what makes them stand out above others. To an unaware consumer, they could easily make more of a profit by suggesting to replace an entire furnace/air conditioning unit when a simple service is all that is warranted- but they don't. We trust them with our heating and cooling systems...they have earned it.

Our serviceman, Matt, was here promptly at the appointed time. He was very conscientious about his work and did a very good job explaining to us what he did. We would definitely call Accu-Temp again.

Matt was very punctual,and took the time to conduct a thorough furnace inspection. Far more concerned about getting to me, on my time schedule, rather than Lake Side Heating and cooling-It was there way or no way despite the fact that I purchased a furnace from them earlier this year. I can assure you, after what we discovered, Lake Side will not be hearing from me again.

Complete system installation was done and exceeded our expectations. Little items that were done to make certain no issues later down the road. We appreciate and noted these items.
