We had a one of a kind heating system using storage tanks filled with antifreeze solution when we moved in. Bob, the owner of Accu Temp knew of the workings of this and when it was time to update our furnace he was able to easily replace this monstrosity with an efficient furnace or cooling system, I have saved tons of money with the updated equipment too! We always use AccuTemp for our semi-annual maintenance checks to keep our heating/coolings systems trouble free. They will work with your schedule for these appointments. The technicians know their stuff, are polite, have always made useful recommendations. Ask them any stupid question and they always reply with a sound answer. Bob has always been available for phone consults. AccuTemp never will sell you a product you will not need. They know Livingston County so you can rely their products to serve the specifics of your home.

He is a good instructor regarding mechanical/digital instruments; especially for people who don't do well with reading instruction booklets. Visual/hands-on instruction is often more effective, and he was totally aware of that with me.

Ron was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I have never had my furnace cleaned as well as he did. No one has ever cleaned our outside unit, but Ron did! He spent a lot of time cleaning for what I believe should have been done EVERY year someone came out to prepare us for summer.
