Made a call on Monday because my furnace was running loud and they were out on Tuesday fixing it. My technician (Ron) explained everything thoroughly. It was a pleasure having him in my home.

Jason called when he was on his way and arrived within the time frame given when the appointment was scheduled. He completed the furnace tune up, installed the new filters, and then tackled the problem of the thermostat. It was recording an outside temperature of 72* when it was more likely 22*. With the help of tech support, that problem was also solved! Great job at a fair price!
