It's a tough pill to swallow when the tech takes literally 2 minutes to diagnose the problem and you have to pay $90. I do understand that if it took an hour to diagnose the fee would still be the same...so I don't want to complain too much about it. Some competitors charge more.

We had an excellent experience with AccuTemp! We discovered our leak after we put our house up for sale! You were at our house within an hour of our initial call, and the woman I talked to on the phone was also very nice. Eric was very helpful and informative, and said he would try to help us find a good solution and let us know the next week. We had a call from Bob by Monday. You guys found a solution that was cheaper than a whole new system! Jason and the gentleman that was with him, were on time, nice, and completed the job in the time frame quoted. The service men where polite and very helpful. They came out to fix our unit 30 minutes after we called and fixed the problem within an hour. Wonderful people and we wouldn't use anyone else!

I have used Accutemp for parts and service for several years, their prices are probably the best in town without having to join a membership like some others. Also the technician was professional, curteous, and on-time.

Everything went as planned with no hiccups. The service was there and the installer did not leave a mess for me to cleanup. They came out on the snowiest day of 2016 to install.

A wonderful job! From first contact to final installation, nothing was a surprise. Tim and Jason did an extremely professional job during the installation and you can tell by their workmanship that they do really care about their work and the customer.

Jason was courteous; wore heavy duty booties (a real bonus) and thoroughly cleaned and checked the furnace, humidifier, and hot water heater. Filter were replaced where needed. I am extremely pleased with Accu-Temp. Will continue to use them. Thanks Jason.
