I am SO glad I called Accu-Temp for my furnace repair. Bob was professional, friendly, respectful and truly treated me like a valued customer. Most of all, he showed great integrity by completing some basic cleaning and maintenance that fixed the problem and ended up saving me hundreds of dollars. The previous quote I received from a different company involved replacing some costly parts. Bob was able to use his knowledge to avoid that scenario, even though he had the parts in his truck and could have easily sold them to me. As a single mom, I really appreciate that I can trust Bob with all of my heating and cooling needs. It’s rare to find a company with such integrity these days, and I’ll definitely call them when I’m ready to replace my furnace.

The only issue was the wait for the installation of the new furnace. Had to wait 2 weeks. We are fortunate that we had a wood burner or we wouldn't have has any heat.

Both Tim and Andy provided me with a good understanding of the new HVAC system and I was comfortable having them in my home.

Bob is wonderful!! I called on a Saturday afternoon when my furnace would not start. I had a call back in less then 10mins. Bob was able to help us right away and we scheduled a maintenance appointment with him as well. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this company!!

I couldn't ask for a more dedicated couple of men to tear out and install a new furnace in my rental unit. They came on time,completed the job when expected and went out of their way to give good service. Tim even replaced a burned out light bulb in the entry near his access to the attic when he found out it had died.

We were impressed by the care the technicians used, particularly the replacement of the exhaust piping.

The installers were friendly and professional and did a great job replace an AC unit.

Called in the morning and Bob was out in a few hours (expectation was by end of day!). Did a great job fixing the issue and communicating the problem and possible causes. Also gave suggestions on how to become more efficient as well as a lead for airduct services (another company) to help airflow. Very impressed and very professional.
