Cameron was very thorough servicing the furnace, air conditioner and mini split. He explained what he did and assured me that everything was running properly, no problems.

Our A/C wasn't turning on. Thermostat was stuck on 'Wait'. Accu-Temp was able to get a Service Tech out in about a day. Ron the Tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. He determined that the fan on the condensor worked, however it wasn't engaging the condensor itself. Ron discovered a bad capacitor and replaced it with one from his truck. Immediately the condensor kicked on and began cooling. Ron was very respectful and made sure that when he entered our home he always wore shoe coverings. Will definitely use Accu-Temp again for any HVAC needs.

I called in the morning with a house closing coming up needing furnace work done asap even with a filled schedule they got me in the same day (within a couple hours) Ron B. was my installer and was very great to talk with and had my problem diagnosed and fixed so fast it made my head spin. Couldn't recomend him high enough and will 100% recommed him and this company for doing such fast efficient work. I was truley scared I wouldn't be able to get the work done fast enough for my house closing or that it would cost an arm and a leg but thank you very much for the work.

No ambiguity about time window for service. Michelle called about 20 minutes before tech came, said she was sending him over. Good communication!
