Accutemp (Ron) was very prompt. He called before he came to make sure I was available. I have MS so it’s not easy to get it together some days. I really appreciated that he checked all areas prior to finding out about the module being bad or whatever you say?! He spoke with the Payne tech. Since we have a Payne furnace to verify the problem. Of course the part wasn’t cheap but such is life. We needed heat in the house. He spoke with my husband and myself. My husband was at work and he has a better working knowledge of things. Ron is a person that is very curtious, respectful and willing to double check things if needed. I appreciate him calling the Payne tech center to verify the problem. I really liked that. Labor Day weekend and our air conditioning went out. Accu-Temp came out within 15 minutes and got our air back on. Super nice techs and Bob is the BEST!!! I will have them back for a furnace check this fall.

Tim and Andy did a great job installing our new furnace and air conditioner. We are very happy with the way everything turned out and appreciated the time spent with us explaining how things worked and answering all our questions. The new furnace looks great and they came up with a better location for the whole house dehumidifier in the basement to maximize its benefit. The installer was professional educated and did a fantastic job installing a gas line into my garage the price seemed a little high. But the quality of work made it worth wile I recommend him
