Bob said he would come out on the 4th of July. He didn’t have the correct part to fix it in stock but had a temporary fix so we wouldn’t be without air for several days. It worked great and everything is fixed. Wonderful service!

Jamie was punctual, did his job well, answered any questions we had. He took time to look up a phone number for a vent -cleaning company for us. It maybe took him 90 seconds, at most, on his smart phone. For us -more of a hassle with laptops.On his way out, he remarked it was good to be back to work, maybe even relaxing, after time-off for Thanksgiving. I could relate to this very much myself -its great to return to normalcy and the everyday stuff, quite often. He likes his job! Time of day is reason for 5-Stars for convenience.

This is our 3rd year with lenox elite furnace. With the increased efficiency and last years mild winter, the reduction in propane use literally paid for the furnace in less than 2 yrs. Great furnace and Accu-Temp is the best in the area.

This is the third or fourth time Cameron has been out to our house. As always, he was prompt, personable, and professional. He took the time to go over things with me, and show me what needed to be done with the humidifier. Very thorough.
