Ron did a great job for us - he arrived early, quickly diagnosed the problem, had the part on his truck, and 10 minutes later he was finished, and we were again living in air conditioned comfort! We couldn't be more satisfied!

The guys that came out were nice and seemed to be knowledgeable and do a good job. Not much could be done about my main issues involving the high temps of the upstairs or the furnace humidifier without costly repairs, but that is obviously no ones fault. I may reach out towards winter to get the humidifier valve fixed.
